Will the SteamBrush™ fit my espresso machine?
The SteamBrush™ is designed to fit most home and commercial espresso machines with steam wand diameters between 10–16mm. The adjustable hose clamp ensures a snug, secure fit. Please check your steam wand size before ordering.
What’s included in the box?
Your SteamBrush™ ships with the precision ABS handle, one heat-resistant PBT brush head, a flexible silicone hose and a secure steel hose clamp. Replacement brush heads and bundles are available separately in our shop.
Is it suitable for commercial cafés?
Absolutely. The SteamBrush™ is built with commercial-grade materials and is designed for both home and café use. Many of our customers run them on busy bars with daily back-to-back service.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within 24 hours with free UK delivery. Most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on the destination. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Of course. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also reply to any of our emails and our team will check the status for you.
What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement right away at no extra cost.
How often should I use the SteamBrush™?
We recommend a quick steam-clean after each espresso session and a deeper clean once a week. Regular care keeps extraction consistent and your machine performing at its best.
How do I replace the brush head?
Simply unscrew the worn head and twist on a fresh one — no tools needed. We suggest replacing the head every 2–3 months depending on usage. Subscribe and save on replacement packs in our shop.
Do you have care guides or videos?
Yes! Every order includes a quick-start guide, and our website hosts short care videos covering setup, daily cleaning and deep-cleaning routines for your machine.
